A: It's the easiest process ever! If the Owen & Edwin product does not fit your dog, simply email us and we will make sure that we get your best friend in the most appropriate size for them.
Q: If we purchase a blazer and change our mind, can we exchange our product for a different one or gain a store credit?
A: Absolutely! Because we know you're going to love our stuff, we have a 100% Enchantment & Satisfaction Guarantee. This simply means that if you aren't impressed by our designs, simply return your clean product in 60 days for a no questions asked refund! If this is the case, please email us first so we can begin this process. Owen & Edwin reserve the right to decline products and store credits if we are lead to believe that they have been used extensively, tampered with or unrightfully described.
Q: If my Owen & Edwin Blazer begins to fall apart, can I get it repaired?
A: You can and if your Blazer starts to falter under general conditions, your coat will be covered by our Lifetime Craftsman's Warranty. Under this lifetime warranty, your coat will be repaired free of charge as we have faith in the product to stand the test of time in all conditions.
Q: How long does it take for an Owen & Edwin product to arrive?
A: We ship all our products usually within 1-5 Business Days. We post our local and international products using tracked shipping. For local shipping, options include express post (overnight) through to free standard shipping which can take up to 10 business days. For international customers, our products take between 5-15 business days.
Q: Does Owen & Edwin make custom blazers for all dog breeds?

Q: Do Owen & Edwin blazers allow for my best friend to breathe when they warm up walking?
A: They certainly do! Our products have been rigorously tested on our beautiful Vizslas, Sassy & Velo, and the girls love them. Thanks to the cotton surfaces on the dog and the beautiful wool linings, our jackets are perfect and versatile whilst ensuring your best friend is comfortable at all times.

A: Whilst our products are the highest quality and most rigorous coats in the world, to ensure longevity we recommend that your best friend avoids wearing the jacket whilst swimming within saltwater and avoids rustling up against hard surfaces. A: Owen & Edwin are currently planning one event in each Australian capital city each year including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide, and Perth. In order to be eligible to attend, you must have purchased a blazer from Owen & Edwin and are signed up to our online newsletter. We recommend that you bring along your dog and you may also bring another friend who shares the same love of gundogs like you!
